Şu anda Akıncılar köyünde üçyüz kişiden fazla köyü terk etmeden halen devamlı yaşıyan bir toplum var, dışda veya başka ülkelerde yaşıyan binlerce Akıncılar soyundan olan insanlar bulunuyor, bu temyiz/müracaat hem onlara ve hemde köyde yaşıyanlara ilgi çekmek için, bağış amacın sebebi aşağıda olan yazıların incelenmesine dikkatinizi çekiyoruz:

Yüzlerce senelik yaşıyan binlerce topluluğumuz, ya menfaat veyada ihtiyaç bakımından yıllar önce köyü terk edip ilk başka ülkelere, ve 1974 sonra birçok kısım Akdoğan Kasabasına göç edip yerleşmek mecburiyetinde kaldılar, amaç bunu eleştirmek veya suçlamak niyetide değil, konu köyün ve orda yaşıyan, veya ilerde oraya yeniden yerleşecek olan toplumun faydası için bağış derneğini söz konusu ediyoruz, ilk kez bağışlanan paranın doladırıcılıktan ve menfaatcı sahtekarlardan himaye etmek için, Güvenlik Kaynak/Vakıf Fonu derneği kurulacaktır, bu dernekte İcra kuruluş başkanı ve devamlı köyün başkanı, her seçimde köyün başkanı değişirse, dernekte de otomatik olarak değişecek, tüm bağış edilen paralar direk Devlet tarafından temin edilen banka hesabına konulacak, bu hesapda devamlı yalnız İcra kuruluş başkanı ve Köy başkanın imzası geçerli olacak, köyün menfaatı için herhangi para harcaması olursa isbatlı giderler dökümü faturaları gösterilecek, ayrıca tüm toplanan paralar ve harcanan paralar, tarihleri ile beraber bu sayfanın listesinde tüm halkın ve üyelerimiz göz altında devamlı ilan edilecek.

Donations.

Presently there are over three hundred persons, with their families that have not deserted their homes or the Village after the conflict of 1974, due to the re settlement program, the majority of the Village with their families settled in Lysi, which presently is known as (Akdoğan), the purpose here is not to question the abandonment of the Village, which the majority of the families were compelled to do so, the subject is the Village, its community and the possibilty of persons that might once again settle there, in order to serve our Village in the best possible way, is the creation of a charitable organisation, so as who ever wants to can donate funds into it which can best serve the betterment of the Village and its community, first and foremost, a committee will be formed with a chairman of the board, there after a government guaranteed bank account will be opened for all donations to be paid into, all funds drawn out of the account will always bear two signatories, that of the chairman of the committee and secondly, the mayor of the village, who will automatically be part of the committee, in case of elections or changes that the mayor seizes to hold the mayoral position, the new elected mayor will automatically be appointed on to sign the account of the charity orginasation, in order to protect the donations and all other funds raised by the committee or its members from fraudent or dishonest intentions, all raised fund will be recorded on this page, including all monies spent for good purposes will also be recorded, the public will have a regular update of the collection and spendings of the donated funds.

The needs of the Village will individually be put to the committee to be voted and there after the deed will be caried out, for example: of the thousands of our villagers that emigrated to other countries if 2000 were to donate £40.00 (fourty pounds in sterling) the total of £80.000 can be raised which can enable the Village charity organisation to carry out the first and most valuable deed, to build 20 to 30 single bedroomed dormitory with all its amenities including dining and sitting room as an old people’s nursing home to cater for our old and needy.

(Question): How is employees and staff including running costs are to be funded; (Answer): İn many western democratic countries including Cyprus since the 20th Century, all persons reaching the retirement age are given a pension, that pension will be paid directly into the nursing home, this being an example, in the near future the charity organization will endeavor on projects like creating job oportunities for the community, assist in setting up a co-op that can sale all its local products to the open market, whether be agriculturual or otherwise, the setting up various co-ops, the likes of olive oil manufacturing, Cyprus Hellim and other dairy products manufacturing, a Village and communities survival is dependant on its residents, and by creating these opportunities can pave the way for the Village to grow an be fruitfull to the future generation which will stand proud at the existence of their forefathers land.
